Each of our office managers is expected to meet the goals set for the office, handle administrative issues, lead and coach a staff of vacation travel agents, train new agents, and build/maintain/grow a personal client base. - possess excellent sales skills and the ability to train and coach others in them;
- have graduated from an accredited travel school;
- have at least four (4) years current experience as a vacation travel agent;
- are able to show that you have been, and are among the "top performers" with your present employer;

Presently a manager or an obvious manager candidate. Personally has averaged in the $750K sales range and $80K commission range over the last 3 years. Regularly sells high-end destination/cruise packages to Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and South America, in addition to the standard Mexico/Caribbean destinations. Must be widely-traveled. Grew up in the upper-midwest (preferably WI) and HAS A STRONG DESIRE TO RELOCATE TO WI. Understands and likes the challenges and benefits of a four-season climate. Understands the demographics, culture, cost of living, and the award-winning quality of life in the Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh area
